Decided to try these to have more size options at a good price. When I checked them out, the first thing I noticed was that they were clear cords, not colors, and one of the engravings was illegible in size. Then I tried using one of them. It's stuck in a joint. The collected items did not slip off the needle onto the cord. We found that it is not smooth and there is a bulge where they stick. I tried increasing the size because it didn't seem like there was an increase, but there were other issues. One spoke was slightly larger than the other or just not smooth enough that the overlays would slide off one spoke but not slide to the other side. Eventually they got so caught on the other needle that I couldn't even get them out. As a result I had to cut the yarn, such a waste. I was about to put it back in my pocket to send it back and the needle clicked at the cord join. I just made the same set with the same yarn on 16 inch yarn with no problems. A 12-incher was needed but couldn't even be used. I can't deal with not the best quality at a good price but they didn't even do them any good and made me waste yarn.
