They work and save a lot of time and nerves!

I ordered them and then watched the video of the person who also bought them and he wasn't that impressed; My heart sank, but when I got them, I washed them, sprinkled each pam, cracked an egg into each container, put the lids on and loaded them onto the grate and into the boiling water. I have since learned that 19 minutes is the ideal time to cook them. AMAZING after letting them cool a bit I put the upside down container between my thumb and middle finger and pressed the bottom with my index finger and it popped out. SO HAPPY. My family loves stuffed eggs and my "family recipe" for potato salad. During the holidays I cook up to 24 eggs at a time. I have to plan the time because when the eggs are ready they need to be drained, rolled in a saucepan to break them up, and then placed in an ice bath before peeling. Everything else I did in the kitchen had to pause until it was ready and there was no guarantee the eggs would peel easily - I never knew! I took a leap of faith by purchasing these and I'm so happy I did. I've used them several times and it's the same every time. Bought 2 sets for me and 1 daughter. In fact, my life has become easier with this great help in the kitchen. I like to have a boiled egg in my lunch box for work and my husband loves to have a boiled egg as a snack. What I did was let them cook in containers and then pop them in the fridge to eat (after cooling them to room temperature a bit). Works perfectly! I am very, very happy. I also received an email from the seller giving me a little hint on how to make the cleaning easier; I flip them over and put them in the top rack of the dishwasher and they come out clean and ready to use. If I have to hand wash something then I probably won't buy it and won't use it. Who came up with this - THANK YOU!
