Great for the home baker/pastry chef
I bake a lot of goodies to share with friends at work and it always frustrates me when some sweets or desserts are sweating due to temperature changes while commuting. I read somewhere that these packets can help, especially if you're coating something with sugar crystals that you don't want to just melt or soak. I know there are special sugars or toppings that can be used for specific things, but this seemed like a much more versatile solution and has worked great so far! Also, I tried tossing one in my sugar jar and now I have no clumps!
