Brush/plastic fell apart in a year or less
I bought this almost a year ago to replace a 5 year old brush. The old brush was dirty and covered in hair so it was a great way to start a new life. I've used this brush probably 10 times since I bought it. Today when I used it the brush almost fell apart. The orange bristles were pulled out because the black base holding them was cracked and the outer sheath (green) next to the bristles was also cracked. What the hell? I'm guessing it's a manufacturing defect and that's what they're selling? I want a new brush, but I definitely don't want this problem to happen again! May I hear from the seller?
