Bought these for my wife who does bedside nursing, keeping her on her feet for 12 1/2 hour shifts. They developed a run in the heel as she put them on. Immediately, she noticed a pinching sensation behind her knees from where the fabric gathered. She tried to redistribute the fabric, and thought she had done so. She wore them despite this. She said they were uncomfortable during the day, hurting her toes and pinching the back of her knees. When she took them off after getting home from work, the pinching left a digging mark that wrapped around the the front of her knees. She was in tears from the discomfort.
