Only buy the wooden handle version of the brush
This wooden version of any type of brush, be it stainless brass or plastic bristles, is the best because it has a very strong handle and you can flip it over to use the end simply as a scraper. Brushes with plastic handles are junk because they break easily and have rounded ends so they can't be used as scrapers.
