I like the idea of actually seeing the sump pump running without a subscription fee. Very easy to set up and install. The flood alarm works well and definitely catches your attention while testing. However, the Water History page does not display information every time it is opened. It takes several times to return to the screen before the history is displayed. Very random if you actually see info. In most cases you will get the message "No alarm recording". The attached screenshots were taken on the same day. After several attempts, some information finally appeared. I tried to contact support via the app on 11/13/2020. I haven't heard from anyone as of 11/23/2020. Lack of response is the reason for the low score.
