Review on White Sunbeam MixMaster 350 Watt Stand Mixer with Soft-Start Technology by Monica Kittling

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Okay, I think - kitchen and dining room

I only have about 2 weeks left. Not bad for the price, but it's the bowl that moves, not the nozzle head, so it doesn't hit center when mixing. I have to manually spoon over this area to make sure it's mixed - the bowl doesn't always rotate, sometimes I have to manually rotate it to get started. I read the instructions, nothing on how it turns. The bowls are VERY heavy glass, not plastic or aluminum. I'm always afraid of falling, especially when removing the batter - the whisk attachment bends easily. Pro - It's not that bulky so doesn't take up too much counter space. Spent another 40/50 on a better brand. UPDATE: I tried making batter from a recipe I've used for years, by hand and with a hand mixer. Terrible idea. The batter continued to rise into the die head holes. I kneaded it by hand without doing my job. I cleaned the nozzle holes as best I could, but the next time I replaced the nozzles, a little bit of dried batter fell out. Definitely not worth it. Do not buy.
