I was looking for a cheap ceiling mount for a 40" TV. The mount comes unassembled in a relatively small box. Screws and washers included. Oddly enough the mounting plate didn't fit my tv for horizontal mounting, i couldn't mount my tv with a tilt mount, my solution was to tilt the mount 90 degrees on the mount, i lost the tilt function but the stand still tilts rear as other reviewers have pointed out I don't think it's going to fall off the ceiling but this mount is very wobbly, the tilt adjustment screw is so oddly placed you can't adjust it once the TV is mounted, that sort of thing and way i had to mount my tv allows to mount the tv e easy to turn left or right. My TV hangs, but even for $25 I expected a little more. , running wires, etc. I don't have the time or energy to dismantle this and try to get a refund. In hindsight, even some of the 4 star reviews mention how this mount tilts backwards because the ceiling connector is just a screw in a fairly short position. I'm amazed they ship it with plastic drywall anchors. I would be very concerned about hanging it on wall anchors, I fixed mine to a solid wood board.
