Good tool and great customer services

It's very easy to use, we have a lot more visibility into our business processes thanks for this software! The dashboard view needs some improvements but it gives us enough info in order to keep track what are users doing with my app as well how they interact one another without having access their devices so I think that part could be improved too!! Overall good product, highly recommend if you want insights about your application usage from every point (sales perspective). We monitor all aspects related to sales process. With cgexguardians monitoring service help me keeping up-to-date with any changes within Salesforce CRM in regards to activities performed by customers using MyApp platform via website / App Store versions. There isn't much downsides at this moment since there're only few minor issues which can easily solved once it appears/when contacted support team - don’t hesitate contacting them when needed. In general everything works fine now although not perfect yet because sometimes certain fields might appear.
