The ability for me as an Account Manager (AM) or Team Lead/Manager of my team was being able have all information at hand when I need it most - from Salesforce CRMs like Pipedrive & ZohoCRMS! This made our jobs easier by having everything we could possibly want right there whenever someone needs us!! Nothing really other than this has been said about any issues so far but if you are looking into something new then try out some demos first before making your decision since they do offer free trials too.
