My Volvo has been up for a few years now and the bonnet started to fall off if it wasn't on a perfectly level or slightly sloping spot. They were cheaper than stealing and easy to install. All you need is a simple screwdriver with a small blade. Once I was done installing, I lifted the hood all the way up and parked on a slight incline. The hood was left without fear. Hope they last another 5 years.
