As previously mentioned when your Acura or Honda Seat Memory stops working it is almost always the actuator that is the problem. There are a few videos of people removing the mirror, but I've included instructions from the factory service manual. It is better to stick a screwdriver between the mirror base and the drive. Prying the mirror might not break it, but you can separate the mirror from its base. I had better luck getting in from the bottom outside corner than straight down because it was easier to see what I was doing. Three torx screws and two plugs are attached to the actuator. After the device was installed, the memory seats worked correctly again. If you're not sure which mirror is causing the problem, use the controls to push the mirrors to their limits. If they get stuck, squeak or pop (before you reach their limit of movement), you win.
