Excellent business projector

This is primarily a business projector, but it can also be used as a home projector. However, do not confuse this projector with home theater projectors. These are specialty products designed to replace a TV, while this device is primarily intended for presentations. The image quality of this projector is excellent for business and home use. XGA images and videos can be projected in a brightly lit room. I tested this projector in less than ideal conditions (bright light and a medium brown wall). Even under these adverse conditions, I was satisfied with the images and videos that were displayed. The colors and brightness really increased when I placed a white sheet in front of the projection to compare the colors displayed on my brown walls. Now I just have to get a screen for the projector. (1) FIRST IMPRESSION - The projector is compact. It measures approximately 12 x 9.25 x 3 inches and weighs approximately 5.5 pounds. The included carrying case is well designed and should adequately protect the projector during transportation. The projector has a number of buttons that control functions that are typically configured during setup or used during a presentation. The supplied remote control has buttons that allow you to control all functions of the projector. (2) SET UP. For initial testing, I placed the projector on a table in my bonus room and projected the image onto one of the walls. Projection size depends on how far you place the device from the wall. Image size range is 30-300 inches (2.5-25 feet) diagonally. To achieve these dimensions, the projector must be between 35 and 431 inches (approximately 3 to 36 feet) from the screen. My testing was conducted with the projector 129 inches (10.8 feet) from the wall and projecting a 113 inch (9.4 feet) diagonal image. input source. Several types of input connections are available. I connected my laptop via HDMI port. When the projector is on, it takes less than a minute to warm up before the image is fully bright. If required, there are three feet on the bottom of the projector that can be adjusted to raise and lower the position of the projected image on the screen. The projector automatically adjusts the image to be rectangular; it can also be set manually. (3) COLOR AND SHARPNESS - This is an XGA projector with a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels. XGA was introduced in 1990, so it's an older technology, but it's more than adequate for business projector use. With a large projection size, I sometimes see some graininess, but that doesn't bother me. The projector uses Epson's 3LCD technology. Instead of a single chip processing all colors, there are three separate chips, each processing a different primary color at the same time, delivering great color and detail. as ideal conditions. The wall in my room is a medium shade of brown and I didn't have a projection screen to test with. I tested in daylight and with the ceiling lights on in the room. This projector was able to solve these problems much better than I could have imagined. While I would of course have gotten better color quality on a white background, the video projected onto my dark wall was still of good quality. Attached numerous photos. I'm impressed with the quality of the projection and can only imagine how much better it would be on a white background! (4) IMAGE SETTINGS - The image is manually focused; no automatic adjustment. The projected image can be zoomed in or out with the manual zoom ring without having to move the projector. In addition, to enlarge part of the image, there are buttons on the remote control that zoom in up to 4x. (5) SOUND QUALITY. The projector has a single speaker, which is great for presentations, but for home use I'd recommend adding separate speakers. I believe it is possible to connect separate speakers through the projector. (6) REMOTE CONTROL - The supplied remote control can control all functions either directly or through the projector's menu structure. The maximum range of the remote control is 20 feet. (7) WIFI - An optional Wi-Fi card can be added to this model to enable wireless connection from an input source. Other Epson models have a built-in Wi-Fi card. This projector has many other features that I haven't mentioned, making it a very good business projector.
