Easy Implementation Process and Amazing Customer Support Team!!!
I love how easy it was to set up our Practice Account as well has allocating my billing accounts for each office location we have within Colorado! The customer support staff are amazing at supporting us with any questions or concerns you may be experiencing throughout your implementation process!! There really isn't much more i dislike about this system other than having some minor issues when using their webmail interface which they work quickly towards solving so no big deal there either. We use enableMyPractice in conjunction w/ EMR software from Emdeon Medical Management Systems - CareOne Connector / Patient Portal Module & also utilize Epocrates Pharmacy Services via Epic's MyChart App to ensure seamless communication between providers regarding medication orders etc..

- Allows me access all patient information, lab results (lab ordering info), allergies + medications prescribed through an online platform.
- Web mail portal is simple yet effective; very quick response times if ever needed assistance by phone call center team members during regular business hours Monday thru Friday 9am 5pm central time zone only.
