Easy to use, fast response time when using customer support from India! We are working with them for about 8 months now (since their inception), they have helped us set up our ERPs system in two different countries - US & Canada; we had some issues setting it all-up initially but I can't say that this has been detrimental at least so far as any user experience or functionality level goes. The platform is very user-friendly, it has an intuitive interface for users who are new to ERPs. It's easy to learn and use for end-users as well. It works on mobile devices so it can be used anywhere and anytime. It needs further customization. I am solving my business problems of managing fund flow efficiently and effectively on a single platform. With the help of this software we can manage donors with ease.
