I really liked these hooks! But unfortunately they are only enough for one year. I bought them in September 2019 and until September 2020 I bought a shamrock. These hooks are great for beginners, everything is great about them. Cons: Grips after crocheting for a while. I only realized it after 9 months of using them so I definitely got my money's worth and still use every other part of this set including the bag. The push handle isn't a big deal and you can still use the hooks. Your only annoyance is pulling the handle back up when you buy it by pressing the side of the hook onto a hard surface to force the handle back into place. Pros: I used a hook with no handles. I'm just talking about straight sticks lol. I had arm pain and cramps so I bought this set. I FELL IN LOVE! I would still be using them today if half the handle hadn't slipped off. This was my "intermediate set" before I took the plunge and bought some Clover hooks. THESE HOOKS ARE MEANS OF THE CLOVER KIT. Comfort is a lifesaver like a shamrock, only the push handle is the only issue I really have with this set. All in all I would definitely buy this set for a friend who is studying or someone who does it as a hobby every now and then. But not for the pro who crochet most of the day because they probably won't last long.
