The publications "Behind the wheel" and "Autoreview" both have reviews that I looked at. These tires ranked highly in those tests. I bought these 205/55 r16 tires expecting a "WOW" impression, but all I learned was that you have to be careful when driving on them. Tires were switched out for data today in Hong Kong at a balmy 1-2 degrees. My initial thought was, "They softened up that stiff suspension and made it ride like a Toyota Camry." The gentleness and suppleness simply wash over you. However, it quickly became apparent that the handling is traded for softness in these tires as soon as you entered a corner at 60 (not very steep). Acceleration is also not her strong for, and the automobile slows down terribly on them if they try to pass. I've drove 50 km so far, so maybe the spikes just haven't settled. That, too, on a paved, dry road. I'm crossing my fingers that they prove themselves as capable rowing and rolling tires during the severe winter. I'll just come out and say it: as soon as it starts to snow, or the tires start to roll in, you'll see a review from me.
