My nephrologist advised me to drink 100 ounces of water a day. My ideas for tracking fluid intake were so complex that I practically flew to Revane to get help. I ordered a 128 ounce clear plastic water bottle of Three Drops of Life. This is a LARGE bottle but it is clearly marked 7am to 1pm on one side of the bottle and 2am to 8pm on the other side for the second fill. Since it ends at 8pm, I can catch up if I haven't had a drink for an hour or two during the day. SO EASY! My hand is big enough to hold a bottle with one hand. There are indentations to help. I really like the carrying strap, which can be easily placed around the wrist. I found that I had to cover the entire opening with my mouth and line it up with the lid to avoid leakage. There is a small hole above the hole, through which water will leak if the tilt is incorrect. This bottle has been a godsend for me because of the amount of water I need on a daily basis! I love it.
