I always find BCAA powder difficult to drink/mix with other foods so I prefer capsules when the dosage is right. However, with most products, the dosage of BCAA in one capsule is so small that you have to take 6 or 8 capsules at a time. I mean, as it is, if you don't want the bad taste of BCAA powders, you need to gulp down more capsules. This product is much cheaper compared to many other products. In addition, the dosage is one of the acceptable. There is 3000mg of BCAA for every 4 capsules and the ratio is 2:1:1. still less than $1 per serving. So I will come back and buy this product again. I only got this product not long ago but so far it hasn't shown any ill effects and I hope this product will work in the long run and I will keep coming back and updating my comment.
