My 6 year old Harbor Freight air compressor started to over pressurize and the relief valve started to drain. After removing the top cover and finding no disconnected wires, it was easy to diagnose that it was a pressure sensor. The old one was corroded. A similar compressor costs over $100. When connected to the network, the original switch was set to On. at 120# and off at 150#, and the relief valve was rated at 150#. I decided to change from @140# to @110# and installed a new 150# relief valve, also from Revain. The compressor works great. These parts were cheap and had standard 1.4" NPT pipe threads!
