Bright colors, a little mess and WOW at Arteza Customer Service

I love watercolors, but I don't always want to have all the items. So while self-isolating, I thought, I'll treat myself to a new product and I came across this one. The color intensity surpasses high-quality tube watercolors. So easy to use for quick art. I had a problem with one pen, it was dry from the first use; and then the tip broke and fell into the handle. They have a customer service email on the package - and my goodness! It's legal. They replied within a few days and sent me a brand new set - I would be happy with just a new pen. The good news is that the universe is special at this time. I know these are just crayons but this made my day so unexpected. Arteza - I will be looking for your products in the future! Many Thanks.
