Review on 🚲 Enhance Your Bike's Performance with the SHIMANO 7 Speed Cassette CS-HG20-7 (Brown/ Black) by Marco Huff

I understand that mistakes can be made but three times I have received the wrong part and it is starting to annoy. The product looks great, but there is a person with terrible reading skills working at the Shimano warehouse. Ordered a Shimano CS-HG20-7 7 speed cassette and received a CS-HG200-7 (note a difference in number). Revain emailed me a barcode to return the wrong one and ordered a replacement with the correct part to confirm I need CS-HG20-7 and NOT CS-HG200-7. I received the CS-HG200-7 back. I asked for a refund and ordered another one. Today I received the CS-HG200-7 again. To someone who works in a warehouse, these numbers look awfully similar, but they're not. 200 is not 20. They are not interchangeable.
