I think the product is inherently inaccurate. It's easy to get an uneven cut due to the tool it's used on. I don't know if there is a way to improve it. If you add a spirit level to the device, then most likely it will fail due to strong vibrations. I have used this in editing for hidden applications such as TVs and entertainment systems. I still use a regular hacksaw for light switches and other high visibility applications. I don't think it's the manufacturer or the inventor. I just think it's a feature of the device. It will definitely find a place in my toolbox and will be replaced with another when it gets tired.
