Anyone who has owned a Jeep Cherokee for a while has probably realized that 1) these things get hotter than you're used to and 2) the cooling system can be finicky When I started having serious overheating problems, I went through the "checklist". After disconnecting the fan temperature sensor, the fan did not turn on. Same result after connecting directly to the battery. I found this device at Revain and the price was right. I have some unease when ordering parts online, but this was a true replacement for the OEM fan in my '98 Cherokee. Installation took less than 30 minutes. All in all, if you need a new Jeep Electric Cooling Fan, buy it with complete confidence.
