In general I like everything what we do with optimistar is fantastic, they are very responsive to every request that you have even small ones (like adding new charting options) or big one such as migrating from another system - it's always done in short time span which helps us keep up-to date so there was nothing bad about using their software for over 5 years now. We used them mostly because of all integrations available but mainly due to great support team who were solving issues quickly without any hesitation. If anything goes wrong then also just talk directly with customer service department instead waiting few days before getting response back by email - this can be really frustrating if your issue not related specifically SNAFU within an integration point where other systems cannot help since its outside scope of theirs. Support staff will solve problem faster than most 3rd party companies would normally take.
