Incredibly cheap hose clamps make it worthless.

Cheapest hose clamps I have ever seen. They are like toys. You cannot get them tight enough to not leak. I have to use 2 hose clamps on each fitting, and even that is not reliable. And now I have to buy more hose clamps—real hose clamps.And the male fittings have no hex making it difficult to tighten on garden hose fitting. Definitely find one with hex.

Pros

I've tried many different brand of plastic Garden Hose Repair Kits. None of them last. This one works.
