Both work fine. They have the lowest lumens I have found so far. I want them to be half as bright. I put one in the garage, one inside the house 40 feet apart. It was too bright. My photo sensor seems to be working properly. All I needed was enough light to get from the garage to the house without stepping into a mud puddle or tripping over a snow/mud drift. I turned off the lights in the house to reduce light pollution. I hate light pollution so I looked for limited light downlights. Just the light in the garage, 15 feet off the ground, is more than enough light to find the keys and open the door to the house. It illuminates a 70 foot wide and 30 foot deep parking lot/driveway brighter than I need. The good news is that it doesn't blind traffic on the road like a traditional dual headlight did. I really wish there was a 1000 lumen version. I may have to create my own to get exactly what I want.
