I was surprised at how well it works and how light it is for the price. I've only used 1/4 of the broth so far, but it cuts like butter. The instructions are crap, very precise, don't explain everything but there are videos on You Tube to help set it up and use it. Complain that the air regulator has no place to install. I did it but it would be nice if it was built in to protect it. You can't go wrong for money, I'll save that money in a year by shifting saw blades and grinding wheels, carbon discs. I wish I had bought it years ago.
