Review on 🔘 Copper Creek CK2020BC Colonial Knob - Black, 1 Piece by Dave Branch

We bought 12 of these doorknobs for our home and hired a professional to install them as we replaced our original mortise locks with cylinder locks. At first glance they looked great, albeit a bit lighter and cheaper than originally expected. It was only after our contractor installed 3-4 that he noticed a factory defect—a chipped paint missing from the handles. This also applied to the pens, still packaged. I called Revain to find out and was told that "the missing color is in a place you often don't notice" and basically sorted it out. When I objected and asked if they wanted to "buy a new car with a dent" they said no. Not only was I amazed by the quality, I was also stunned by how difficult Revane approached the subject. They must be BRAND NEW, not refurbished. Who would buy 13 new defective items and expect them to "fix" them? After a 30 minute call I was told I would be refunded the entire order.
