I (finally!) managed to connect my MacBook Pro (13" 2016 four Thunderbolt 3 ports) to my Korean 27" monitor with 2560x1400 resolution! The road has been long friends I have tried and failed with so many adapter and cable combos and finally this is the Amiroko USB-C to Mini Displayport Adapter + Apple Mini Displayport to Dual Link -DVI adapter + my existing USB-C (Thunderbolt 3) to USB hub adapter. /splitter = SUCCESS What didn't work: 1. USB-C (Thunderbolt 3) to DVI Adapter 2. DisplayPort to DVI-D Single-Link Adapter 3. Apple Mini-DVI to DVI Adapter A1305 Apple doesn't seem to work making the Apple Mini Displayport Adapter no more -Dual-Link DVI, I found mine used one stealing online!
