Before and after photos tell the whole story. Now we can enjoy a completely unobstructed view! Removed existing railing, drilled holes in existing posts and attached wire to end posts using kit (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07G86WJXM/). I substituted screws that are thicker and longer than those included in the kit to keep the wires under a lot of tension. Finished with 1/2" black tubing for the top rail. I also ordered a cutter and crimping tool combo (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JW4X4TO/), well worth it!
