Decent but not great
I am 5ft 6in and 200lbs. I usually wear XXL but went for 3XL because I didn't want them to be so tight they made me feel like a sausage. I'm glad I did because the first time I put them on I heard a few seams pop. They're thick enough to be worn shirtless, but thinner than regular training leggings. The upper curled up a bit during training and didn't feel particularly secure, but it was still comfortable.
