Review on Emile Henry France Classics Rectangular by Glenn Cartwright

This review is about size. I've used a Pyrex 9x13 casserole dish for years and have suffered from overflowing dishes and sauces. I never thought of actually measuring it. Well, the standard 9 x 13 Pyrex actually measures 7.25 x 11.75 and is 1.75 inches deep! I was looking for a large casserole dish and found Emile Henry. The interior dimensions of the Emile Henry are 9.75 x 13.5 and 2.5 inches deep. In fact, my Pyrex fits in an Emile Henry! I look forward to cooking with it and not losing any of the valuable ingredients in my recipe.
