I like that you can do everything online from scheduling appointments and billing to managing your practice. It's very user friendly and easy to navigate. There are some features that aren't as intuitive or useful as they could be. For example, it would be nice if you could upload photos for patients to use when filling out their forms. You also cannot send emails directly from within the app. That's not a big deal but it does make things more difficult than necessary. Try it out first to see how well it works with your practices needs before deciding whether or not to go through with it. We're trying to streamline our processes and improve efficiency. This has allowed us to work at home so we don't have to come into the office.
