I am very busy. I work out but I can say I've spent a lot of money buying protein shakes at the gym. I started making my own protein shakes. I bought a home blender as was recommended to me, but when I needed a portable solution I first bought a cheap shaker with a metal ball inside. But I was getting clumps while blending my protein powder and was looking for a way to make blender-quality shakes on the go. I first tried an inexpensive version of this that I found at my local GMC. Everything was good, but quickly collapsed. Then I found this product. I have to say I'm impressed so far. I believe that the engine is sufficient and has a lot of power for such a small engine. Having said that, I've never charged any devices before, but it's nice to know that this is the option I particularly like about the Nutripod. This allows me to safely transport my protein energy where it won't spill or leak. While I LOVE this product, I think there are a few things I would change or improve. Firstly I love the fact that there are numbers on the side so you know how much liquid you are pouring because the numbers are also black and can be very difficult to read. I find myself holding the cup up to the light to see the numbers. Then I think there should be a place to store the cord (maybe the bottom of the base?). Also the base that the motor sits on has a big warning sign saying not to get it wet but they tell you to put it next to water when washing. Finally the price. While I think this product has a lot of value, I don't think it's worth $45. However, there was some sort of automatic coupon that brought in $40. If it stays at this price, I think it's acceptable. Overall 5 stars.
