Easy to connect to my Baofeng BF-R3. The sound from the speakers was satisfactory. The neck piece was a little tight for a grown man. The cords were long enough to reach a waist-worn walkie-talkie. The PTT switch worked well and the mic gave no feedback when another open-speaker radio was nearby. The earphone had enough tubing to comfortably wear on the ear. The set came with two nozzles in two sizes. Both were two sizes too small for my use. BOTTOM: The wire on the back of the neck had brittle insulation that broke off when moved, exposing the wire. This can be an isolated problem. I have requested a replacement from the seller if they have the same problem I will post it in the reviews. Overall: Good for kids, not for professionals. The value for money is good.
