Disappointed in this seller! I will most likely not buy a used or new camera lens from Revain and buy elsewhere. I'm new to manual photography and have no experience with lenses. Not lying directly about the product you are selling is false advertising/misrepresentation! Sometimes I couldn't focus the lens and thought I didn't know how to use it. After a professional photographer looked at it, we were both surprised to find that the back of the lens was scratched all over on one side. However, I don't see a place to add a lens photo! How this seller included this in their listing is confusing, here is the wording: Canon EF 400mm f/5.6L USM super telephoto lens for Canon SLR cameras. Sold by: Amazing Camera. The front and rear elements are clean and free of scratches. The auto focus works perfectly. It comes with a front cap, a back cap and a tripod collar. When I contacted the seller I got a response that basically said he is not responsible for the shape of the lenses as he is not looking at them. WHICH TYPE! Why would you sell and talk about something if you're not looking at the product you're selling? Your reputation is on the line here and I certainly wouldn't sell it without seeing it first. Because of this I bought lenses elsewhere and a professional photographer told me to NEVER buy used lenses. They are also afraid to buy them from Revain, it is not known now if they are new or not because they can write whatever they want about them.
