Bought this along with another type with an adjustment knob (Ipow Universal 360 Cd Air Vent Car Phone Mount Holder) to try in the VW GTI. I've tried this in 4 machines and found that it's impossible to insert into three of them without risking breaking something, i.e. It uses three flat pins that are inserted into the CD slot, two of which are by spring pressure be moved to keep it in place once inserted. To insert it, first insert the center pin (slightly longer than the two side pins), then use both thumbs to press down on the two side pins and try to fit it into the slot. I have manly hands and the pens are short: that's not easy on many machines. Sure, more force would have worked, but I didn't want to damage the seals around the slot. I was able to fit it into the new 4Runner (which is needed with bluetooth and no navigation) during testing. But I don't see much value in this design and the high risk of CD slot damage and future rattles due to the lack of ability to adjust the force of the pins holding it. Iprob, which I bought at the same time, worked perfectly on all 4 machines I tried it on. The ones I will keep
