Their software works perfectly, you don't have to pay extra money if something goes wrong or changes that they promised before purchase! The only thing I can say it's expensive compared with others similar softwares out there in market but nothing bad at all as long your price range will fit within their package deal of products offered by them (you get what u paid). Thermosoft has been very professional throughout our relationship from sales process through contract setup till after project conclusion - always polite & helpful even when things are going well!
