I absolutely hate writing negative reviews about companies but after contacting BPI Sports directly and was very disappointed with their customer service, see I consider it appropriate to warn future buyers about this product. I've bought this powder 3-4 times in the past few months and every time I've received it I've had the same problem. It becomes discolored and hardens, which is a sign that BCAAs are going bad. I tried using the powder anyway (thought it might still be ok) but it caused severe stomach pains. When I called they didn't even apologize, they just asked for the batch number and expiry date. I've been buying products from BPI Sports for years and while I don't hold the company fully responsible for this issue (it could be a stock issue from Revain), I was really hoping for better customer service, especially as a long-time customer.
