Super easy to use. Press a button to zero the scale when you want to weigh the contents of the container but not the container itself. What's also nice is that it runs on either batteries or USB. I don't know how long the 2 AAA batteries will last at the moment, but given the low power consumption, I reckon with several months even with daily use. If not, I will update this review. Didn't really see the need to calibrate the scale as instructed on the instructions page. I've just compared it to several items I've weighed on my previous mechanical spring scales - accurate for my sub-5 pound weight range. I really can't think of anything I don't like about these scales or how they could be improved. This is a very good price.
