The best thing about this software is that it's easy to use, has excellent customer service support team available 24/7 for all of your needs or questions you have! I do not like how slow they are in responding when there is an issue with their services we need help solving - sometimes takes up to 4 weeks just waiting around before getting any kind of response from them at times!! Please try as many other options out there until finding one which suits you better than what HIN does offer if anything else doesn't work please contact me so i can give my recommendation :) We're able to store our patients' information such as address history /medication lists etc., also allows us access through web interface where we could view test results and order more tests easily without having to call every time we want something done.
