I love that it is cloud-based, which was very important to our organization as we were trying to streamline things as much as possible. The interface of the program can be confusing at first. I think there are some areas where they could make improvements. I also had an issue with getting paid for time spent in the program. The best thing about this software is that it's easy to use, has excellent customer service support team available 24/7 for all of your needs or questions you have! I do not like how slow they are in responding when there is an issue with their services we need help solving - sometimes takes up to 4 weeks just waiting around before getting any kind of response from them at times!!
