I like that it is easy to use, has many features for my staff's needs as well as myself. It also allows me to be able to see all of our patients in one place so we can easily communicate with them via text or phone calls if needed! There are not enough templates available when you first start out using this software which makes creating new forms difficult at times. If your looking into an online scheduling tool then look no further than Healthinfo!! We have been very happy since switching over from other programs such as Practice Connect Online Scheduling Software. The benefits include being able to keep up-to date with appointment reminders, tracking appointments/appointments missed etc., ability to send texts & emails directly through the website instead of having paper copies sent back and forth between us and insurance companies.
