I love that it is cloud-based, which was very important to our organization as we were trying to streamline things as much as possible. The interface of the program can be confusing at first. I think there are some areas where they could make improvements. I also had an issue with getting paid for time spent in the program. We needed to know how much to pay people who worked in the program on a daily basis. That took a bit of finagling with their billing department. It has provided us with more control over our schedule. We have been able to use this program to keep track of open appointments, doctor visits, etc.
