Love it and hate it with other office equipment
So easy to use but can't figure out why mine has letters skipping and then going darker and lighter - took it brand new out of the box and all is it worked. Easily replace the cartridge, print and print. It took me a minute to determine the size. I can trade it in - I really think it's an epic product for the ease of use, but I'm very picky about my labels (((they MUST match)))
