So I'm just an average guy who needs to read his car codes. I'm not a mechanic and have struggled with other OBD2 scanners mainly due to my lack of knowledge and some have just been confusing. The last scanner I bought was so easy I could understand everything I could and I felt like I was ready to jump into a real scanner. In short, buy it, but here are some of my observations. Easy to set up and log in, well-written manual, LARGE screen (and I love its non-slip rubber surface) and intuitive menus/functions. Once you see how it works, you can view it right away. All users are different so you know what's in your league, but I think if I had bought this first my learning curve would have been a little less. For the record, I bought a couple of these to get here. 5 STARS
