This mount works as advertised and is easy to install. However, the huge mounting bracket that attaches to the monitor (which is designed to mount to all sorts of monitors/TVs) sticks out about 3 inches below my monitor because the holes on the monitor are at the bottom. I think this will work fine for most TVs, but probably not so well for computer monitors which I think usually have VESA holes up or down. However, due to size limitations, I think most people will buy it for a computer monitor.
