If you're looking to build your own wired (or wireless) alarm system, you can't beat this product for functionality and price. keyboards. The instructions usually assume you know how to program one of these things, but there is plenty of information on the internet to help you with this and once you understand how programming works you will find that the instructions are very basic are. detailed and complete. One thing this device doesn't offer is the ability to dial my own cell phone when the alarm goes off. On the other hand, no other product does this, no matter the price. But since this product offers many outputs, I'll see if I can program my Raspberry Pi for it.
